Five day trek. Starting at Paramali on the south coast, just west of Limassol the trail climbs up to the Prastio Plateau, it then climbs and descends several times before finally ascending to the village of Vouni at 2000 feet above sea level. On the second day the route skirts mount Afemi and descends to the village of Omodhos and then Mandria before passing through the forest to the Kelefos bridge. On the third day the route is North West to Panayia through the Pafos Forest. On the fourth day, there is a shorter walk to the Stavros Forest Station for the final overnight stop. On the final day, the longest, the trail passes down through the forest to the north-west coast near the town of Polis. The trek is graded moderate to hard.
