Six day trek. This trek generally takes the E4 European Trail from Prophet Elias Monastery at the eastern end of the Troodos range to Lysos village at the far west of the Pafos Forest, giving a fantastic perspective of the full length of the Troodos mountain range. The trail includes the ascent of mount Kionia, mount Adephi, mount Olympus, and mount Tryplos. There are many ancient villages, churches and monasteries on route, and the trail passes through five different National Forests with a huge variety of flora and fauna to be seen. In many ways this trek is the ultimate in trekking experiences in Cyprus. The trek is graded hard.
