Olive Cottage

Olive Cottage, named after the ancient olive tree at the entrance to the property, is a newly built (for 2008) Cyprus country bungalow, nestling with three other small bungalows on an unpaved road in a tiny valley full of pine, carob, wild olive, rock rose, broom and bamboo trees, that surround the house.

The cottage stands in its own private grounds, consisting of a stoned parking area and newly planted Cyprus Trees and Oleanders next to a seasonal stream. The accommodation consists of a kitchen/living room totally equipped for self catering, a shower room with basin and WC. It has Solar and electric water heating and a fitted, air-conditioned bedroom that sleeps two.

At the rear of the house is a shaded outdoor eating and relaxing area, ideal for barbecues.

The boundary of the Limassol Forest, with its miles of earth roads and its nature trails, is a mere 400 metres from the property, and can be accessed directly via an earth road leading to the top of Mount Kyperisia, at 700 metres elevation, where you will see stunning views over Limassol Bay and the Mediterranean.

Parekklisia is the nearest community some 5km away through farm land and fruit orchards.
